Why we started
We started Gonzales Cleaning Services because people around here told us the same thing over and over: it's hard to find a cleaner who shows up when they say they will, does the same good job every time, and actually calls you back.
So we built the business around fixing that. We're a family business based in Oak Hill, not a franchise and not an app. When you call or text, you reach us directly, and the people who quote your home are the people responsible for cleaning it.
What makes us different
A written checklist for every home. Before your first clean, we build a checklist for your house: every room, every task, plus anything special you ask for. Nothing depends on someone remembering.
A real guarantee. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it for free. No arguing, no fine print.
Saturday availability. We clean Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm, so you don't have to take off work to let us in.
Our promises to you
We show up
Same day, same time, every visit. If something ever comes up on our end, you'll hear from us before your appointment, not after.
We answer
Calls, texts and quote requests get a reply the same business day. You'll never be left wondering if we got your message.
We respect your home
We treat your things, your pets and your privacy with care. Keys and door codes are kept secure and never shared.
We're upfront
You get a flat price before we start. It only changes if you ask us to add something, and we'll always tell you first.
How your first clean works
1. Get in touch
Call, text or fill out the quote form. Tell us your town, the size of your home, and what kind of cleaning you want.
2. Get your quote
We'll set up a quick walkthrough, or you can send a few photos. You'll get a flat price and a checklist for your home, with no pressure to book.
3. First clean
Most homes start with a deep clean. We'll ask about anything special, like pets, rooms to skip or products you prefer, and do a final walk-through before we leave.
4. Keep it up
Pick weekly, every other week or monthly, and we'll hold that day and time for you. Change or pause anytime with a quick text.
Where we clean
We're based in Oak Hill and clean homes and businesses within about 35 miles, including Jackson, Wellston, Gallipolis, Waverly, Portsmouth, Ironton, Chillicothe and McArthur.
