Our most popular service. We come every week, every other week or once a month on the same day, and follow the same written checklist every time, so your home stays clean instead of getting clean once and sliding back.
Most families start with a deep clean on the first visit, then switch to regular visits to keep it up. Every-other-week is what most people pick. It's frequent enough that the house never gets away from you, and it costs less per month than weekly.

Deep cleaning
Everything in a regular clean, plus the spots that build up over months: baseboards, doors, trim, vents and inside the appliances. It takes longer, and it's the right place to start if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while.
People usually book a deep clean for the first visit, before the holidays or family coming in, for spring cleaning, or once or twice a year on top of regular visits.

Move-in and move-out cleaning
An empty house is the best time to clean it right. We clean inside every cabinet, drawer, closet and appliance so it's ready for keys to change hands.
Renters use this to help get their deposit back. Sellers use it before closing or listing photos. Landlords and property managers use it between tenants. Buyers use it before they unpack a single box.

Rental, Airbnb and cabin cleaning
Southern Ohio has a lot of short-term rentals, from homes in town to cabins near Lake Hope, Lake White and Lake Alma. We turn them over between guests so every stay starts with a place that looks like the listing photos.
Each turnover includes a full clean, fresh linens and towels (yours, or we can wash them on site), restocking the basics you leave for us, and a quick note or photo if anything looks damaged or missing. We work around your check-out and check-in times, including Saturdays.
Office and business cleaning
We keep offices, clinics, salons, stores and churches clean and ready for the people who walk through your door. We can come daily, a few times a week or weekly, and we can come after you close or on the weekend.

What we don't do
To keep our team safe, we don't clean biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations, or anything that needs a tall ladder or climbing outside. We'll always tell you up front if something is outside what we do.
