Rental cleaning questions
How much does Airbnb or cabin turnover cleaning cost?
We quote a flat price per turnover based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how many guests it sleeps, and extras like laundry or a hot tub wipe-down. Once your price is set, it's the same every turnover, so you can build it into your cleaning fee.
Can you handle same-day turnovers?
Yes. Most turnovers happen between a morning check-out and an afternoon check-in. Send us your booking calendar and we'll plan around it, including Saturdays.
Do you wash linens and towels?
Yes. We can wash, dry and fold your linens on site if the property has a washer and dryer, or swap in a clean set you keep stocked. Just tell us which you prefer.
Do you restock supplies?
Yes. We restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, coffee and anything else you keep on hand for guests, and we'll text you when something is running low.
What if a guest leaves damage or something is missing?
We take photos and text you right away, before the next guest checks in, so you have what you need for a damage claim.
Do you send photos when you're done?
Yes. You'll get photos of each room after every turnover so you can see the place is guest-ready without driving out.
How do you get in?
Most hosts give us a lockbox or smart lock code. We keep codes private and lock up when we leave.
